Hi friend! My name is Tierney, and I am a Raleigh-Durham wedding & lifestyle photographer who designs a stress-free experience for overwhelmed brides who want heirloom images that they can one day share with their own children.
My photography journey began when I was planning my own wedding. Even after we had chosen our photographer, I used to scroll Facebook looking at other photographer’s images who inspired me. Although that wedding I was planning never came to be, God used that time to stir up a new passion in me, and seven years later here we are.
Even after all this time, I do not take my job lightly. Before each wedding, Christopher and I sit in our car together, and he reaches over my Chic-fil-a sweet tea and takes my hand. We pray for our couple, their families and friends and for the ability to capture our couple’s big day with excellence and creativity!

A BRIDAL GUIDE
Upon booking, you will receive a detailed Bridal Guide that covers all aspects of wedding planning from a photography standpoint. From engagement session outfit ideas to sample timelines of how the wedding day should flow from what to do if it rains (no worries, I’ll have some cute clear umbrellas!), I’ll have you prepared for everything!
TIMELINE PLANNING
8-12 weeks prior to the big day, we will hop on the phone for a quick chat so I can get the information I need to plan a seamless timeline for you and your fiancé’s big day. This will ensure that I can capture everything you need from the joyous getting ready moments to the reception send off!
FAMILY SHOT LIST
When we hop on the phone for your timeline planning, we will also work on your family shot list. I have a standard list that I use (you’re welcome to add more!), all I need from you is the names of your family members included. By having this, family photos always run quickly and efficiently all while capturing the memories with those you love most!
HANDS-ON PLANNING
I realize that wedding planning is a WHOLE NEW WORLD! However, I have seven years of experience in helping brides plan their wedding days! I always welcome my brides to text me with any questions they have- whether they’re texting me pictures of outfit ideas for their engagement sessions or whether they need advice on bouquets. I’m here to help however I can!
