Even though it was a toasty summer day, we had SO much fun shooting Brad and Madison’s Raleigh engagement photography session at the NC Museum of Art! It seriously is one of my favorite locations in the area for dreamy Raleigh engagement photos! Enjoy a few of my favorites from Brad and Madison’s session!
One of my favorite things from this engagement session is Brad and Madison’s outfit choice! I love how they coordinated Madison’s flowy, blue maxi dress with Brad’s plaid sports coat and khaki dress pants. This is such an excellent way to incorporate pattern into your wardrobe selection without getting too busy! The overall all look created a very dreamy, but classic aesthetic that paired beautifully with the backdrop that the NC Art Museum offered!
HOW DID THEY MEET?
Brad and Madison are basically high school sweethearts! A mutual friend helped set them up. They both needed dates for prom so they went to Madison’s first. From that moment on, they were inseparable- even in spite of being in a long distance relationship!
HOW DID THEY GET ENGAGED?
Brad planned a date full of all of his and Madison’s favorite things! The day started with breakfast at First Watch. Then Bra took her shopping! After awhile, they went to a little park close to Madison’s house where there was a little gazebo. Once they got to the gazebo Brad popped the question! They were both in tears! Afterwards, they went back to Madison’s house where their family and closet friends were waiting to celebrate the occasion with them!
These two will be getting married this fall at Oakland Farm in Bear Creek, NC! Talk about a beautiful backdrop for an autumn wedding <3 Christopher and I are so excited to celebrate with these two as they tie the knot! Enjoy some favorite images from their Raleigh engagement photography session!
