Jordan and Matt were impeccable for their engagement photos in Raleigh. They knew they wanted to shoot their engagement photos outdoors in a garden setting. We ended up deciding that they blue and pink hydrangeas at the WRAL Azalea gardens would make for a gorgeous backdrop for their engagement session! I love how dreamy the garden looked for their engagement photos in Raleigh!

These two were so well-dressed for their session! I love both of Jordan’s summery dresses, but the pink floral maxi stole my heart! It fit the garden setting oh so perfectly! I am SO very excited for Matt and Jordan’s wedding next spring in South Carolina!

Upon booking, I always like to send my couples a detailed questionnaire that allows me to get to know them, their story, and their wedding plans a bit better. Here are a few favorite answers from Matt and Jordan’s!

How did you two meet?

We met in college and then went our separate ways until we met again at a party a few years later and have basically been inseparable since!

What is your engagement story?

We got engaged at a local brewery that we like to hang out at called Slow Play Brewing. Matt spent about a month setting things up and building a sign that looked like one of our first pictures together. He invited all of our friends to be there and share the joy, and then we hung out with our friends and celebrated!

What is your favorite quality about each other?

Matt is incredibly patient and loving, but still full of life and humor. Jordan is a very caring and loving person, even though she tries to hide it. She makes everything we do more fun.
