Brandon and Elizabeth’s Barn at Broadslab Distillery wedding in Benson, NC this past weekend was just GORGEOUS! With their sage green and lilac color palette, it truly had all the beautiful spring time vibes that I love! My favorite part of the day was seeing Brandon’s reaction as Elizabeth was walking down the aisle. These two waited to see each other at the wedding altar, and it was really sweet!
Both Brandon and Elizabeth attended college at the University of Mt. Olive, and they were both Exercise Science majors. With this being the case, their paths crossed a lot throughout their college studies, and they had several mutual friends! Eventually, they started dating in the summer of 2016, and here we are!
Last April, they were visiting Brandon’s dad and were planning to take pictures for Easter that evening. Elizabeth thought these pictures were going to be gifted to Brandon’s mom for Mother’s Day. Elizabeth didn’t suspect a thing. She got ready for the pictures, came downstairs into the living room to find a trail of rose petals that led to a bench outside. Brandon was waiting for her with an Easter basket, and in the very center of the basket was an engagement ring. Brandon got down on his knee and popped that special question. Elizabeth was in complete shock, but of course said “Yes!” Afterwards, they celebrated with one of my favorite things- ice cream!
Brandon and Elizabeth, it was truly an honor to be a part of your wedding festivities! As we got to know you both, we truly loved your kind disposition and go with the flow attitude! You were both so relaxed throughout the wedding planning process. We pray that you two have a lifetime of happiness!

After the talking with Tierney, Brandon and I both agreed that the extra step of having a Facetime chat was so special and unique to a business that we knew this was someone who not only does a good job behind the lens but is a caring person who wants to deliver quality services and get to know the people she’s working with.
